What storage sizes do you offer?

We offer five sizes: 6ft and 10ft containers for smaller loads, 20ft and 40ft containers for house moves and bulk/commercial storage, and a separate lockable Office Space for use as a workspace or business address. See our Storage Units page for full dimensions and what fits in each.

What's the difference between a storage container and the office space?

Our containers are built for storing belongings and stock. The office space is a separate, insulated, lit room designed to be worked from — a desk, a trade counter, or a business base — rather than just storage.

Do you sell boxes and packaging supplies?

Yes. We stock boxes, tape, bubble wrap and furniture covers on site, so you can pack properly without a separate trip to a shop.

Can I access my unit anytime?

Our standard access hours are 7:00am–9:00pm, seven days a week — well beyond what most storage facilities offer. If you need to get to your unit outside those hours, 24-hour access can be arranged on request.

We're open Monday to Sunday, 7:00am–9:00pm, including bank holidays.

How do I arrange 24-hour access?

Speak to our team either when you book or at any point during your stay. Once arranged, you'll be able to reach your unit outside standard hours using your personal access code.

Is the facility secure?

Yes. The site is fully gated with secure electric gates, monitored by 24/7 CCTV, covered by motion sensors, and has staff on site. Units are individually alarmed on top of the site-wide security.

What happens if I forget my access code or lose my padlock key?

Let our team know as soon as possible. We can reset your PIN code, and can advise on replacing a lost padlock — for security reasons we won't cut a lock without verifying your identity first.

Are individual units alarmed, or just the site?

Both. In addition to site-wide CCTV, electric gates and motion sensors, each unit has its own alarm, so any attempt to access a unit that isn't yours is flagged individually.

Do I need insurance?

We strongly recommend it. While our facility is secure, insurance protects your belongings against loss or damage from events outside anyone's control, such as accidental damage or extreme weather. Ask our team about insurance options when you book.

Does storage insurance cover everything I store?

Cover levels and exclusions vary by policy and item value, so we'll talk you through the options and any limits — for example on cash, jewellery or important documents — so you can choose the right level of cover.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Your quote covers your unit rental, and we'll always tell you upfront about optional extras like insurance or packaging supplies before you pay for them. No surprise charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major bank transfer mostly but you can speak to our team about setting up recurring payments for the duration of your stay.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No long-term commitment is required. We work on flexible, monthly rolling contracts, so you only pay for the time you actually need — with discounts available for longer-term rentals.

Can businesses store stock with you?

Yes. Many of our customers use us for stock storage, ecommerce inventory, trade equipment and pallets. Our 20ft and 40ft containers are popular for commercial use, with drive-up access and forklift access available.

Yes. We can set up business account options with monthly invoicing, making it easier to manage storage as part of your regular outgoings.

How much notice do I need to give?

To move in, none — we offer instant move-in, subject to availability. If you're moving out, we ask for a short notice period so we can process your account correctly; our team will confirm the exact period when you sign up.

What happens on move-in day?

You'll complete a short sign-up with our team, receive your access code, and be shown to your unit. Drive straight up to your container, unload with our trolleys if needed, and you're done.

Do you offer collection services?

Yes, collection and delivery can be arranged if you're unable to bring your items to us yourself. Ask our team for details and pricing based on your requirements.

What can't I store?

For safety reasons we can't accept hazardous, flammable or explosive materials, illegal items, or anything perishable that could attract pests. Our team can confirm anything you're unsure about before you book.

Can I store food or perishable items?

Accepted Answer

No — perishable food isn't permitted, as it can attract pests and affect other units. Tinned or sealed non-perishable goods are generally fine; ask us if you're storing stock and aren't sure.

Can I bring a van to load and unload?

Yes. Our access roads are wide enough for vans and larger vehicles, and most units offer drive-up access so you can load directly without a long carry.

Is there free parking on site?

Yes, free parking is available for customers while they load, unload, or visit the office.

How do I cancel my storage?

Accepted Answer

Let our team know you'd like to move out, clear and lock-empty your unit by the agreed date, and return your access fob/key. There's no cancellation fee for our standard rolling contracts.

Do I get a refund for unused time if I leave early?

Because our contracts are monthly rolling with no long-term tie-in, you simply stop paying once you've moved out and given the required notice — ask our team for the specifics of your billing period.
