This page summarises the key terms of storing with Anglian Self Storage. It is a summary for your reference — the full, definitive terms are set out in the storage agreement you sign when you book a unit, and that agreement takes precedence over this summary in the event of any difference between the two.

Contract Terms

Storage is provided on a monthly rolling basis with no fixed minimum term unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may give notice to end your storage in line with the notice period set out in your signed agreement.

Access

Standard access hours are Monday – Sunday, 7:00am – 9:00pm. 24-Hour Access Available on Request. Access outside these hours must be arranged in advance with our team. We reserve the right to restrict access temporarily for safety, security or maintenance reasons.

Payment

Storage fees are payable in advance for each billing period as set out in your agreement. Continued non-payment may result in restricted access and, ultimately, action to recover unpaid fees in line with the terms of your signed agreement.

Insurance and Liability

We strongly recommend that all customers insure the contents of their unit. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Anglian Self Storage does not accept liability for loss or damage to stored items except where caused by our proven negligence. Full liability terms are set out in your signed storage agreement.

Prohibited Items

Hazardous, flammable, explosive, illegal, or perishable items may not be stored at our facility. A full list of prohibited items is provided at sign-up — please ask our team if you are unsure whether an item is permitted before you store it.

Use of the Site

Customers must comply with all reasonably posted site rules, including speed limits, parking arrangements, and security procedures, while on site.
