Sellers who get the most out of a storage unit tend to organise stock the same way a small warehouse would — fast-moving lines near the front and at easy reach, slower stock further back, and a clear system (shelving, labelled boxes, or simple floor zones) rather than one large undifferentiated pile. It sounds obvious, but it's the difference between a five-minute restock trip and a twenty-minute search.

If you're dispatching orders directly from the unit, keeping a small packing station area — tape, labels, a flat surface — inside or just outside your container saves a second trip back to a home office for every order.
